Returns:

Maduri Interiors, Inc. offer a 100% guarantee that if you´re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered within 7 business day (special orders do not apply), we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided that the item is in its original package not opened. If we are not contacted within 7 business day returns will not be accepted. Customers must contact Urban Loft to receive return authorization code.

For your protection, we recommend that you get insurance posting, available free from the Post Office, which will enable us to action your refund or replacement should the returned goods be lost or delayed in the post.

All Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to our store with a confirmation receipt and insurance for the total value of item purchased.

There are no returns on final sale items from our web-site or our studio.

Postage must be paid by the customer and insured on international returns.


Returns information

If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. We will also let you know when we have credited your account with the refunded amount. If you would like further information on our returns policy please call our customer services line 787-793-0404, or e-mail our customer service returns@maduriinteriors.com team with your query.

Steps to take:

  1. Contact us via email returns@maduriinteriors.com or call 787-793-0404 to receive authorization code from one of our representatives.
  2. Return with a confirmation receipt and insure package with USPS. If returned without insurance and package is stolen or lost refund will not be accepted.
  3. Once we received returned order we will exchange or refund your item within 7 business day of time we receive items.
